SPECIAL MINI RSD3 8BAN TURNTABLE ANNOUNCED FOR RSD 2019
Crosley is bringing the 8ban trend to the UK with its RSD3 limited edition 3-inch turntable available on Record Store Day 2019.
The Crosley RSD3 is a miniature record player designed to spin 3-inch records and will be available exclusively from select participating Record Store Day shops this Saturday, 13th April.
Taking inspiration from the Japanese 8ban format the RSD3 is a belt-driven turntable loaded with an AT3600 moving-magnet cartridge and a fully supported platter. Additionally, it features adjustable pitch control and built-in speakers, making it a funky portable player. Why not grab a pair and get mini mixing and matching?
Thanks to it sporting an aux out port with an RCA adaptor you can even plug in some more substantial speakers.
Designed to spin 3-inch records, the RSD3 comes with an exclusive copy of Big Me by the Foo Fighters.
Don't worry though, if you did decide to go 8ban there is already stuff released by Jack White and Third Man Records. Furthermore, there will be a range of reduced releases for Record Store Day itself and throughout the rest of the year. These include Bad Religion's My Sanity, Rancid's Ruby Soho, Culture Abuse's Dip, The Interrupters' She's Kerosene, Jack White's Love Interruption, The White Stripes' Candy Cane Children, The Raconteurs' Store Bought Bones and The Dead Weather's Be Still.
Record Store Day is on Saturday, April 13th and a chance to support your local record shops - but we know that you already do that.
