Pro-Ject High-End Turntables Add Burl Walnut Finish Option and More

Pro-Ject Audio Systems has announced new premium finish options for its Xtension and Signature turntables as well as uprated power supplies and more.
The Austrian hi-fi electronics company is seeing 2019 out by announcing new premium finish options, a new cartridge pairing program, and a free power supply upgrade as standard.
Burl / Burr Walnut Finish
Firstly, and the most eye-catching, is the availability of burl walnut finishes on select turntables. Unveiled at Munich High-End 2019, Pro-Ject Audio Systems high-end turntables are now available the luxurious new finish. The burl walnut burl veneer is available in a deep high-gloss finish, or in a lighter satin finish.
The Pro-Ject Xtension 9 SuperPack with the burl walnut finish is £2,850 up from £2,500.00, Xtension 10 is £3,350 up from £3,000.00. Additionally, the Xtension 12 with burl option is £4,000, Signature 10 at £4,650 and the Signature 12 is £8,650.
Linear Power Upgrade
Also, all new Pro-Ject Audio Systems' high-end turntables purchased in the UK and Ireland from authorised retailers will be supplied with a free of charge linear power supply upgrade. The Power Box RS UNI TT (usually £399 SRP) is an adapted version of the company's Power Box RS UNI, designed to deliver a clean and stable 15V DC mains signal.
Cartridge Bundle
Finally, UK distributor Henley Audio is offering a new bundle program. Buy a new high-end turntable from Pro-Ject Audio Systems that doesn't already come with a cartridge (2 Xperience SB S-Shape, 6 Perspex SB, Xtension 10, Xtension 12, Signature 10, Signature 12, RPM 9 Carbon, RPM 10 Carbon) and you can purchase a 'bulk' cartridge from Pro-Ject or Ortofon for a discount of up to 30% against the original retail price.
