OTHER-WORLDLY TEUFEL X ROSENTHAL PORCELAIN SPEAKERS NOW AVAILABLE

Audio specialist Teufel has buddied up with fellow German manufacturer and renowned porcelain specialists Rosenthal to create a limited edition 2-channel speaker system.
The Teufel x Rosenthal hold the bragging rights to being the world's first WiFi streaming speaker crafted from porcelain.
The speakers are cast individually by hand and feature an integrated, downward-firing bass reflex tube. Due to their teardrop shape, there is a reduction of distortion and standing waves.
Porcelain is a versatile material, and thanks to its silky matt surfaces and high material density it also offers excellent properties in both aesthetics and acoustics.
The custom frame stands add more than a little 'War of the Worlds' feel to how these fantastically stunning speakers look.
Bundled with the Teufel x Rosenthal speakers is a matching 160W D-Class amplifier which. Also encased in white porcelain, the amp features touch-sensitive control buttons and, under the hood (perhaps 'lid' is more appropriate here?), you'll find Bluetooth and WiFi smarts. If you use physical media for your tunes, don't worry as there is also a line-in.
Finally, there are also assignable presets for radio stations and your favourite playlists.
To feed the speakers, you have access to wireless music streaming services such as Spotify, TuneIn, Napster, Tidal and SoundCloud via the Teufel Raumfeld app.
The Teufel x Rosenthal is limited to just 500 units and costs £3490. You can order now direct from the Teufel site.
