KLIPSCH SECOND GENERATION THE ONE AND THE THREE

Klipsch has announced that their latest desk-top speakers, the The One II and The Three II, will soon be available in the UK.

If you enjoyed our recent review of the Klipsch The Three with Google Assistant (and why wouldn't you?), you will be pleased to know that the American Heritage Wireless series has a pair of brand new offerings, and they are coming to the UK.

The Klipsch The One II and Klipsch The Three II stereo audio systems offer mid-century modern design and up-to-date audio to what can be a bit of a tired arena.

The Klipsch The One II (£260) comes in black or walnut finishes and boasts a brace of 57mm full-range drivers partnered with a 114mm woofer. The 2.1 bi-amplified system sonically punches above its 3.86kg weight and promises a big sound from its smartly wrapped cabinet. You also get real-wood veneer and sturdy metal switches.

Measuring just under 33cm across and 14cm deep, the The One II comfortably fits any number of nooks and crannies, including shelves and tabletops. Plug it into the Mains, connect your phone or tablet via Bluetooth 4.0, and you're good to go. The 3.5mm input lets you connect the likes of non-Bluetooth equipped sources, including older portable music players and CD players.

Also available in black or walnut finishes, the The Three II (£395) will happily connect with any audio source that is currently relevant. Hook up wirelessly via Bluetooth, or add a wired source using the 3.5mm input. Attach the The Three II to your computer via the USB Type B port or why not throw a turntable into the mix by utilising the moving magnet phono stage?

Klipsch also equips this speaker with 192kHz / 24-bit decoding, meaning that it'll extract the best from high-res audio tracks.

Under the hood, the The Three II employs dual opposed bass radiators, as well as the 2.1 driver array as found in the The One II. The result is an even more significant audio experience.

The Klipsch The One II is priced at £260 and the Klipsch The Three II costs £395 and go on sale in the UK during August 2019.
