Goldmund Eidos Reference SACD player announced

The high-end Swiss brand has released its top-flight SACD player.
Goldmund's Eidos Reference SACD player bears all the Swiss high-end brand's hallmarks. Totally handmade in Geneva, this flagship player will spin SACD, CD, CD-R, and CD-RW. It will also read audio data stored on DVD formats.
We are told that the Eidos Reference SACD results from Goldmund's engineers carrying out ad-hoc technological developments, selecting the finest providers, and implementing the company's 40+ years of acoustic and electronic experience in the audio field.
The player shares its roots with the original Eidos Reference. You can pair it with a computer via the USB input (up to 384 kHz PCM, up to 22,579.2 MHz DSD), or with a broader range of audio equipment via digital and analogue outputs available at the rear including balanced XLR, unbalanced RCA analogue outs and S/PDIF, AES EBU, and Optical Digital Audio up to 384 kHz PCM. These connectors can be used to connect a DAC, preamplifier, or a digital acoustic processor.
The 100Kg, 68x80x53cm (WxHxD) unit uses a D&M SACD mechanism, integrated into a Goldmund mechanical grounding system that eliminates vibrations. Additionally, a damper increases the loader mechanism's rigidity, which improves sound transparency, says the manufacturer.
The result is a Signal-to-Noise Ratio of >128 dB with a claimed Crosstalk measuring < 125 dB. Goldmund states a frequency range of 10Hz – 20 kHz, 5 Hz (-0.15 dB), 24 kHz (-0.45 dB), 48 kHz (-1.4 dB), 96 kHz (-4.3 dB).
The Eidos Reference SACD is available in two finishes: silver and black matte and promises to be the perfect audio source for demanding music lovers who expect their sound systems to deliver lossless audio resolution, no distortion, sculptural design, and ease of use.
The Eidos Reference SACD is available to order for £175,000.
