The Machiavelli series is a refined Moving Coil (MC) phono cartridge which has always offered excellent audio performance.  There are two models in the range: GOLD and RED. The GOLD features a high precision Line Contact diamond, whereas RED is fitted with a Micro-Elliptical diamond.

The Machiavelli Series can be easily matched with any active phono preamp for MM/MC cartridges without the need of step-up transformers.

The Gold Note Machiavelli MC cartridges have now been redesigned with new ultralight coils to permit a lower output level, and so guaranteeing better sound performance, larger bandwidth extension, finer details and greater power control.

The Machiavelli MKII series outperforms the previous models while retaining all the main characteristics which saw the Gold Note cartridges receive multiple awards worldwide.

Both cartridges are available now with the GOLD priced at £2,750 and the RED at £1,445.
